The ever impressive Dimitry Liss returns to Piston with a stunning slice of house goodness. “Everything’s Eventual EP” adds an unusual twist to the deep house sound and does it brilliantly.

Kicking off with the original mix of “This Feeling”, taking a step back from the norm, the signature adds a sort of swing shuffle creating a cool solid groove. Very nice arrangement with a continuous male and female vocal combing well with each other. Super cool keys add funk and soul to this, something different and something awesome.

Having worked with Dimitry in the past, Naswari steps up on remix duty with his Re-Dub. Totally laidback vibe with the tempo taken way down, super crunchy bass takes the focus while the vocals from the original stand well, and again we see the signature shuffled which adds a real nice dimension.

“Let Go” continues on the same trend with the swing groove evident. Deep bass keeps the house vibe alive with a tight production all round. The vocals are the main focus and really are top drawer with an array of FX backing up the sound.

“You Ma Sugar, Ma Salt” goes deep in a chilled out kind of way. Super smooth groove winds its way through the sound with a suave R n B vocal taking centre stage and a sweeping modulated synth adds an unexpected twist.

Very inspiring work from Dimitry that will get a lot of heads turning for sure.
