Sa.Du is back with another round of deep tech goodness on his four tracker ‘Field’. His last outing ‘Save As’ gained huge support from all over which is a tip of the hat to this fine talent.

‘Field’ intros with a smooth and steady rhythm as the subtle kicks merge beautifully with a tight percussion arrangement while some wistful vocal samples fade through. Throughout the track we are treated to a different array of vocals that really set the track off in style. The bassline sits in the background yet has a big impact on the sound. An all round super ride through deep tech house that will do well in any set.

Nice and full kicks provide the intro on ‘To Me’, soft open hats are the perfect addition as one shot synth notes begin to form around a very cool female vocal. The arrangements on this are top notch as a diverse range of sounds amalgamate perfectly. Subtle basses and saxophones serve up a groovy vibe as we ride through deep shades of tech house, great stuff.

Next up we have ‘Imaging Your Self’, deep and sultry sounds abound here as a provocative female vocal swamps the vibe. Cool rhythms are formed out of a tight drum arrangement with punchy kicks and sharp hats. The bassline gels everything together brilliantly and on the break a female vocal comes to life with a huge diva-esque chorus, top notch production in effect!

‘Am I Crazy’ is up next with a classy intro filled with multiple FX and another tight drum pattern. Alongside a superb female vocal sits a piano riff that scales the keys in various sequences, this sound becomes the big focus and is contrasted with a much brighter, higher pitched toy piano type arp. The bassline comes through late on but only serves to fully enhance the groove making this an epic slice of deep tech.
