Ricky KK delights with his Piston Recordings solo debut slice entitled Hardgroove. Italian DJ and producer duo Riccardo Lippi is one half of Stranger Boys who had a very well received cut here back at the start of 2017 with Industry.

Hardgroove is a title that definitely does the track just and vice versa. Right from the off you get a nice thumping kick drum coupled with crispy hi hats and rhythmic percussions. The track carries a tribal element that fits nicely with the deep house vibe on offer. Subtle chords lace the deep groove as the drums and bass do the work to keep the booty’s shakin’. Top notch stuff that will not disappoint.

Season Ended goes deep with a surreal vibe filled with strangely eerie pads and piercing horns. A solid drum arrangement drives the track as those keys work on our imaginations. On the low end a subtle bass holds the track up nicely as cool vocal captivates. The keys deliver a melancholic sequence as a striking vocal shows up to get the goosebumps rising. An ethereal slice of deep house that is not to be missed.
