New Dehli, India based DJ and producer Anurag Nandvanshi debuts on Bonzai Progressive with the sublime Soul Of India which comes in Original and Chill flavours. Anurag plays at mainstream bars and clubs, private parties and events. He is a versatile DJ and caters to his crowds with many genres. He started to produce in 2010 and puts everything into his tracks, he injects nostalgia, deep hypnotic repetitive grooves and a sense of present mixed with future. Now signed with Bonzai we can only see good times ahead with this talented guy.

The Original Mix of Soul Of India kicks us off and the intro sets the tone brilliantly with a nice round of crispy hats and cool percussions. Big chunky kicks soon follow and the percussive instruments become much more prominent. A super cool vocal sample gets us deeper into the groove as it projects vision of India. A deep and raw bassline keeps the progressive grooves flowing as melodies are formed with some fantastic flutes. The break unleashes a deep and sinister sounding drone that is contrasted superbly by the vocal before we are taken back to the main track and back on course on this wonderful progressive journey. A unique cut that is not to be missed.

The Chill Out Mix of Soul Of India takes us on a surreal trek through some beautifully crafted melodic sequences, deep basses and stunning vocal phrases. Sweeping FX add wonderful textures as you find yourself lost in the sound. The vocal induces a meditative state that is only broken by the punchy kicks and percussions that keep a sense of rhythm flowing. A superb display of music construction that will captivate your mind body and soul.
