Portrait Illusions EP

Eat Dust is the name behind the newest EP from Monog Records. “Portrait Illusions” is his debut ep with us and it’s guaranteed that this will be the beginning of a relationship for life!

Eat Dust aka Mario Silva, is an artist from Lisbon that since 2002 has been gaining his own space in the Portuguese dance scene leading him to a residence in one of the most mythical clubs in Lisbon, Alcantara Club. “Portraits Illusions EP” is made of three original tracks with a very dark, obscure feeling. “The Girl Next Door” is a very groovy, and powerful track, very capable of putting any dance floor on fire.

On the other side, “Portraits Illusions”, the track responsible for the name of this ep, is a much more intimist, dark and mental track. A lot of small details here and there, a dub techno fingerprint and an ambience that will send your mind into a dark parallel world. “Natural Flavour” it’s the closing track of this ep and sums up the essence of Eat Dust as a producer: Again a dark feeling, lots of details and a very groovy and addictive rhythm.
