Le Mills returns to Piston Recordings with the Fount EP which comes after the debut slice – AM EP which performed very well indeed having featured on Beaport’s must hear House tracks for May 2017.
Fount intros with a solid pumping kick drum complete with a sharp clap on the downbeat. Cool percussions start to form up alongside bright crispy hi hats creating a smooth rhythmic vibe. A deep subby bass comes in delivering a super tech groove that will definitely get the floors moving. Cool urban style vocals litter the sound adding a club appeal. Top notch stuff to keep the party rocking for sure.
44 sets out with a filtered kick drum and sharp hi hat combi before the kicks get a thumping boost after a cool rolling snare drum takes us there. Rumbling basslines dominate the low end as raw vocals pop up throughout to deliver a house music narrative. On the short breaks a pitching synth note leads us back into full on mode making this an absolute must have that will not disappoint.
