Elek-Fun delivers his newest slice entitled Great Minds Think Alike on Basiks. Back in July this year we saw his debut with the powerful Lovely Mother Fucker EP which charted well and appeared in many sets. This time around you can expect another feisty run out in a deep tech style.

First up we have the title track Great Minds Think Alike which intros with a monster kick that punches mercilessly right in the chest and is accompanied by a deep throbbing bass from the off. Cool vocal samples add contrasting textures as harsh hats are joined by subtle percussions and FX to etch out a rhythmic groove. Very powerful stuff that will be a welcome addition in those dark late night parties.

Stand & Fight sets off with a huge kick that punches right through your body, this is offset by a sharp crispy hat and builds up a solid rhythm. At the backend of those kicks and just at the offset beat is a pulsating bass that just sits waiting to pounce as the groove intensifies with various layers coming through. A relentless slice of deep techno that will be a top pick in many sets for sure.
