Chris Cargo makes his Bonzai Progressive debut with a sublime three tracker entitled Inversion. He joins an ever growing list of Irish artists to join the Bonzai family and we’re very impressed indeed with this guy’s talents. Chris started his production career in the late 1990s, and has been at the forefront of the electronic music scene ever since. He is best known for his melodic progressive house vibes, but has invented a host of other monikers, including Transitions, Sentinel and Caragnoid with each representing a different shade of his eclectic sound and each giving an idea of his true versatility. Chris has released music on seminal labels such as Renaissance, Whoop, Choo Choo and Limbo Recordings and has always gained consistent support for his many varied club releases from DJ giants such as Digweed, Cox, Howells, Lawler, Warren and Garnier etc. He is a multi talented DJ and producer who has regularly toured for the likes of Renaissance, Smirnoff, Tennents and Kent Tobacco many of which have seen him ply his wares on several large scale tours which has taken him to over 60 countries around the world including Portugal, Kazakhstan, USA, Finland, France, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Malaysia, China and Mexico to name just a few. Throughout his long career his music has appeared on many compilations for the likes of Renaissance, Intec, Seb Fontaine, Danny Howells, Valentino Kanzyani, Anthony Pappa, Slinky, Privledge-Ibiza, Global Underground and has had major BBC Radio 1 plays and multiple reviews in publications such as Mixmag and DJ Magazine. After a short hiatus Chris has returned to his seminal roots with a host of new productions on the way. This year (2017) he has released on Soundteller Records, Lowbit, Stellar Fountain, Sprout, Clinique Recordings and now Bonzai Progressive. Delighted to have him on board and we hope to see more from him in the future.
