Rogério Martins was born in 1974 in Setúbal, Portugal, and since a tender age his passion for music was always present, either collecting records or recording radioshows to exaustion.

It was not until 1995, during the big electronic boom in Portugal that his interest for deejaying growed and soon after he was already playing bars and clubs in his hometown.

Fast forward to 2004, where he saw his first record release, Deep Flight 01 and straight after a series of remixes and originals were starting to see the daylight in several labels like Look At You Records or Player Records.

Back in 2007 he then started his own label, Piston Recordings, where since then he has been releasing several works, originals and remixes and getting praises from various top dj’s in the world like Laurent Garnier, John Acquaviva, etc…

Nowadays he keeps working on Piston Recordings with fellow artists Accatone and Piek, DJ’ing regularly nationally and internationally in Spain, Germany, Belgium, etc and preparing a bunch of original works to be released in Piston Recordings.
