Lotus opens with a nice, pumping kick drum and crispy hi hat combo. Intricate percussive patterns add flowing rhythms to the groove as deep; bass laden drones fade up. Swirling pads and vibrant synth arps create atmosphere before the synths really open up. On the break, we find a cacophony of synth activity with cascading motifs and swelling richness. Superb stuff with a cosmic vibe that will not disappoint.
Deep Skill offers up a solid, deep and groovy progressive vibe. Smooth and rolling, the track is powered by an exotic drum arrangement alongside vibrant synths. Strong, gritty tones come through, dominating the sound with a melodic techno flavour. On the break, we’re faced with a veritable wall-of-sound as those gritty synths intensify before climaxing back to full-on mode for the duration. An epic slice that is not to be missed.
