Biography
Tokyo based producer Hisataka Ogura aka 06R defines his style as Promelodic, a combination of progressive melodies with emotional, atmospheric synths. This style has been picked up by some of the worlds renowned best DJ’s and producers, notable Paul Oakenfold when he selected Histaka’s “Air” which was released on Green Martian and featured on Paul’s Flouressence Essential Mix in July 2012.
Starting off as a DJ around Tokyo with much success, Hitsaka released his first two track single in 2011 entitled “Last Sunset” backed with “Raining June” on We Stand Alone label. Many more releases followed on imprints such as, Guena Records, Lotus Music Group, Nataraja, Truth Underground Records and currently Green Martian.
Hitsaka has stated that his experimental journey has only just begun and that he will be making a return to DJing soon.
