First up we journey into the sounds of “Backstage Queen” from Dimitry Liss & Nasrawi, both these guys have appeared on this series before and we just had to get them back again. This track is a deep house groove that grabs you and holds you in its grip for the duration. Sublime deep bass and a well crafted arrangement are held together with a quite brilliant vocal sequence throughout the track.
Daniele Kama’s remix of Wonji’s “Convince Me” is up next with a more tribal feel, lots of bongos doing the rounds and the vocal takes control when in effect. A deep bassline commands throughout and on the break some classic samples are evident, perfect fodder for vinyl and already a firm favourite on the circuit.
The awesome talents of Dimitry Liss gives us his Re-Rub of Project KF’s “Priority Of Night”, and taking things to a deeper level. Cool sharp hats accompanied with a tight kick set up a solid groove. The sounds are arranged brilliantly with a few added vocal samples thrown in, monster tune for any floor.
Crocy’s “Bouquet” carves out a cool groove with a laidback approach to deep tech house. Subtle intro with percussions building the rhythm and the bass shining through for an awesome ride. On the break funky keys make an appearance changing the landscape slightly and then straight back to a solid deep groove, top stuff.

Fresh off the back of the stunning reworking on “Blue Monday”, Project KF aka Konstantin returns with another fine tech groover. “Priority Of Night” comes with 2 superb remixes and a radio edit.
The original is an example of what Konstantin does best, pure quality vibes throughout. Nice steady rhythm created with tight kicks and well arranged percs, the Holy Grail on this is his ability to apply a retro sound with modern tech, super stuff yet again!
The awesome talents of Dimitry Liss gives us the first remix, Dimitry’s Re-Dub takes things to a deeper level. Cool sharp hats accompanied with a tight kick set up a solid groove. The use of the original sounds are arranged brilliantly with a few added vocal samples thrown in, this one is destined for a lot of support.
The equally impressive Daniel Ray steps up next, again we see the original vibe applied extremely well. Much more housey approach with a funky undertone coming through on the synth work. Real cool bouncing rhythm here and a floor filler for sure.

Dimitry raises the bar yet again with another awesome deep tech vibe on Eyepatch, the talent this guy has just gets better and better. This newest cut is backed up with a very impressive list of remixers.
Kicking off with the original mix we get a solid deep grooving workout, thumping kicks and sharp hats build the rhythm and gets rounded up with a brilliant vocal. Top notch stuff that will be a great tune on the floors all over.
The head of Piston Recordings, Rogerio Martins, steps up on remix duty with his Next To My Body Remix. Rogerio turns up the heat a bit here and takes us deeper into the groove, deep basses and tight drums get us to an absolute stunner of a break. The vocal comes in and the funk begins with some brilliant chord work, big sound here and will be a top pick for many jocks.
Eyepatch regular Wonji takes control and delivers a sublime take with a straight in your face tech ride Taking on a more surreal feel with long reverbed sounds and retaining a solid groove, great use of the vocal also and this is a tune that will keep you hooked throughout.
Popular remixer Project KF keeps the party rocking with another fine deep tech fuelled effort on the mixing desk. Darker edged vibe with a hypnotic feel, lots of nice samples come and go with a huge rise to the first break that kicks back with the now familiar vocal. Big party sound on this one and definitely one for a lot of floors all over.
The ever impressive Dimitry Liss returns to Piston with a stunning slice of house goodness. “Everything’s Eventual EP” adds an unusual twist to the deep house sound and does it brilliantly.
Kicking off with the original mix of “This Feeling”, taking a step back from the norm, the signature adds a sort of swing shuffle creating a cool solid groove. Very nice arrangement with a continuous male and female vocal combing well with each other. Super cool keys add funk and soul to this, something different and something awesome.
Having worked with Dimitry in the past, Naswari steps up on remix duty with his Re-Dub. Totally laidback vibe with the tempo taken way down, super crunchy bass takes the focus while the vocals from the original stand well, and again we see the signature shuffled which adds a real nice dimension.
“Let Go” continues on the same trend with the swing groove evident. Deep bass keeps the house vibe alive with a tight production all round. The vocals are the main focus and really are top drawer with an array of FX backing up the sound.
“You Ma Sugar, Ma Salt” goes deep in a chilled out kind of way. Super smooth groove winds its way through the sound with a suave R n B vocal taking centre stage and a sweeping modulated synth adds an unexpected twist.
Very inspiring work from Dimitry that will get a lot of heads turning for sure.
