Moliner debuts on Piston with this superb two tracker entitled ‘Nobody Else’.

Moliner got into electronic music in the nineties and drew influence from the likes of Mike Oldfield and Depeche Mode. He has been developing his own unique house sound since his early teens and this has been manifested in the many releases he has had over many labels.

‘Nobody Else’ intros with a smooth shuffling groove as broken kicks reside over an intricate hi hat arrangement. The track bursts into a full on 4×4 slice with a superb vocal over the top and some classy house chords on the offbeat. On the breakdown those broken beats rise up again and are joined by a silky smooth high pitched house string adding a rich texture to the vibe. A straight up party tune which will do well on the floors for sure!

‘Spain Doesn’t Love Me’ is up next and gets going with a filtered kick that soon warms up into a nice chunky thump with crispy hats alongside. A deep groovy bass soon joins in and is partnered with a funky little vocal. Strong chords are brought in and give the track a tougher vibe while on the break some cool, almost off key piano strokes come in and lead us back into this solid deep house workout!
