Delphi debuts on Green Martian with ‘Mariana Trench’ which is a stunning slice of progressive house that comes backed up with two quality remixes.

The Original Mix is a testament to that almost euphoric progressive house sound that captivates so well. The intro boasts a bright arp synth that leads smoothly into a strong kick accompanied by some cool FX work. Subtle hats and percussions build flowing rhythms and out of nowhere a warm bassline fades through taking the track to the next level. Hypnotic high pitched notes become a big focus on the sound and on the break a mesmerising sequence begins. Big sounds are the order of the day here with a stunning drum arrangement, top quality stuff and one to watch for sure.

First up on the remix is none other than 06R aka Hisataka Ogura who is no stranger to Green Martian. His last outing on this imprint came in the form of the wonderful ‘Air 2.0’ which gained massive support from many top jocks. On the remix Hisataka applies his sublime brand of prog house, the intro boasts subtle kicks and stand out percs that build rhythms flawlessly. Cool arp sequences steadily rise with the bassline holding up the low end perfectly. A stuttered vocal adds an uplifting feeling while big synths enhance this feeling further. Superb stuff yet again and a must for those big parties!

Eddie Murray aka Aeonism, is an Irish DJ and producer who recently marked his GM debut with ‘My Soul’. Here he shows his talents yet again in style with a fantastic take on all the qualities of progressive house. The intro sets us off with swirly sea sounds while a rising synth leads us to a cool kick and hat combi. The synths continue to rise with teasing melodies beginning to filter through. The bassline draws you in with a deep drone and is the perfect companion to this evolving sound. Mercy is shown as melodies are unleashed and a simply stunning ride ensues. Get this in your playlist and you will not be disappointed!
