Matevz Crocy returns after his last outing ‘Cry’ featuring Ashley Berndt with a superb two track progressive house cut ‘Rotten Hour’. Crocy has been consistently churning out the goods with quality productions across different labels within the Bonzai stable and here he keeps up the momentum with the prospect of much more to come.

First up is the title track ‘Rotten Hour’, the intro boasts a chunky kick and percussion combi that builds up steady rhythms with a synth pulsing in the background. The bassline sets the track off with a true deep resonance alongside a soft vocal sample. The break enhances the vocal with cool mangled piano sound coming through, top stuff yet again out of Slovenia!

‘LanteSol’ is up next and packs a punch with a chunky kick intro and fading pads. Percussions build nicely adding smooth rhythms while a warm synth note begins to form. The bass cuts deep with resounding power and the rhythms get a boost with some very cool bongos and tablas. Vocal samples come into play throughout and on the break we are treated to more lush keys before the track kicks back in taking us on a wonderful prog house trip.
