Diamantopoulos Dionysis aka Concealed Truth returns to BP with the two tracker “Bookamvijas”. This 24 year old producer from Heraklion, Crete, Greece. He has been meddling with music from a very young age and travelled through almost every genre of music available. His last outing for Bonzai, “Smooth Rain” was well received as were a number of remixes.

The title track takes on a fantastic house flavour with chords playing a big role and creating quite a retro vibe which we love. The drums and percussions are arranged to perfection and compliment an amazing funky bassline. The break is where it’s at on this one as those house chords come to the fore as they build and build before slamming back into this wonderfully jacked up groove.

“Deck 6” intros with minimal percussion and a fantastic echo styled effect, well rounded kicks soon take over alongside a tough bassline which gives that rolling effect. On the break a real cool hook fades through and takes the track to the next level before kicking back in to a full on progressive fuelled ride. Top stuff here and a must for any box!
