Rogerio Martins

Rogerio Martins was born in 1974 in Setúbal, Portugal, and since a tender age his passion for music was always present, either collecting records or recording radioshows to exhaustion.  It was not until 1995, during the big electronic boom in Portugal that his interest for deejaying grew and soon after that he started playing in bars and clubs in his hometown.

Fast forward to 2004, where he saw his first record release, ‘Deep Flight 01′ and immediately a series of remixes and originals started to see the daylight on several labels like Look At You Records or Player Records.
Returning in 2007 Rogerio started his own label, Piston Recordings, where he has released his work ever since, be it originals or remixes and getting praise from various top dj’s in the world like Laurent Garnier, John Acquaviva, etc…

Nowadays he is still working on Piston Recordings, DJ’ing regularly nationally and internationally in Spain, Germany, Belgium, etc, and preparing his forthcoming artist album to be released in 2014!
