Anonymous takes a minimal approach as classic styled kicks and hats provide a steady rhythm to the backdrop of rising and falling FX. Cool vocal samples pop up and add a gritty texture to the sound as the bassline sits back in just the right spot with its throbbing power. Smooth minimal vibe that will be a main feature in sets for sure.

We kick off with Moll’s ‘My Rhythm’ which intros with a crisp hat coupled with sharp claps creating a cool rhythm, this takes us up to a super phat and chunky kick with a deep rooted bass which pushes the sound to new heights. Very minimal in nature with multiple sounds peeking through, but the big focus here will no doubt be the deep and seedy vocal as it narrates a cool story on the break. An absolute must this one and will fill the floors for sure!
Onofrio Conte is up next with his track ‘Numbness’. Big chunky kicks get the track going with the percussions getting the rhythm flowing beautifully. The bass bubbles up from below and resonates throughout the sound with the tendency to get that ass moving. A monster techno groove with subtle synth work that will be a must for those big room gigs, not to be missed.
D.Z.N. deliver the stunning ‘Moving On’, here the temperature is firmly rising as the groove intensifies with a full on techno workout. The percussion is a big feature here as it sits high above the other sounds and moves the track beautifully. A nice big and bubbly bass packs a powerful punch and is the driving force of the sound no doubt. Soon a monster synth riff will take over taking the track even higher as the energy levels rise. The floors will be alight with this one so get it in your box!
Lastly we have Kendrick with ‘Yeah’. Right from the off the rhythms are in full flow as the percussions combine smoothly alongside a punchy kick. Cool vocal samples add a groovy edge to the track and before long a super smooth, deep bass pulls the track along. The percussions are relentless and create a hypnotic atmosphere which carries right the way through. A brilliant cocktail of sounds that will be a welcome addition in any set.
Spanish DJ and producer Vicente Moll pulls out all the stops and drops this monstrous Techno bomb on us. The ‘Underground EP’ gives you three reasons why you should add it to your playlists and you will not be disappointed!
First up is ‘Underground’ with its huge bass fuelled techno grooves. The intro sets off with a smooth kick and clap as a deep bass lurks behind waiting to pounce. A surreal deep vocal is the perfect addition and leads us up to the point when the bass comes at us with a driving pulsating force. Subtle note changes on the bass add cool textures and some fantastic percussion arrangements give the track polished rhythms. A very simplistic track in its nature yet packing a massive punch and one that you will not forget.
‘Earthquake’ is up next and delivers a fine lesson in the art of Techno. The intro boasts strong rhythmic vibes as a tight arrangement of percussion go to work alongside a snappy kick and a deep rolling bass. The deep resonating bass is a big feature on the track and adds an air of darkness to the sound, but this does not detract from the percussions which are also a real driving force. An array of quality FX adds weight to the groove and a monster is born, get this in your box and watch the floors ignite!
‘Towering’ delivers a round of top quality drum and percussion patterns on the intro giving off a tribal vibe. A deep pumping bass dominates the track as multiple drum instruments get to work on the groove and held tightly in place by a superb kick. The break offers up a great vocal sample which sits nicely under the tribal rhythms of the drums and cool FX add raw textures. Stunning stuff out of Spain and a must for any box.
